These Terms & Conditions constitute the full legal agreement between you and bpech governing your access to and use of the bpech platform, including all gaming products, wallet services, promotions, and support functions. 3.1 Minimum Age. The bpech Platform is exclusively available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Registration, play, deposit, and withdrawal are all strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21. bpech operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gaming.
3.2 Age Verification Procedure. bpech conducts age verification through its KYC process prior to processing any withdrawal from a Player's Account. Players may be required to submit a clear photograph or scan of their CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid Passport. bpech reserves the right to suspend Account access and withhold funds pending completion of satisfactory age and identity verification at any time.
Underage Access: Should bpech determine at any point that a Player is or was under the age of 21 at the time of registration or play, bpech will immediately close the Account, void all bets placed, and retain any funds deposited or won during that period. This action is irreversible. bpech may report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
3.3 Geographic Eligibility. The bpech Platform is made available to players in Pakistan. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is legally prohibited are responsible for ensuring their compliance with applicable local laws. bpech does not represent that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
3.4 Personal Capacity. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party; that you are not subject to a self-exclusion order from any gaming operator; and that you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4.1 One Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one Account on the bpech Platform. Registering or operating more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment accounts, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information. Players must provide truthful, complete, and accurate information at the time of registration and must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false information — including a fictitious date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 Account Security Obligations. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bpech Account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party. bpech will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your Account credentials.
Security Notice: bpech support staff will never ask for your password or full OTP via any communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to bpech immediately via in-account live chat.
4.4 Suspicious Activity. bpech reserves the right to suspend any Account where suspicious or irregular activity is detected, pending investigation. Players will be notified of any suspension where operationally possible.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bpech accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on the bpech Platform is PKR 200. bpech reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with notice to Players.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, except where otherwise approved by bpech. KYC verification must be completed prior to first withdrawal. bpech processes withdrawals within the timeframes set out in the Cashier section of the Platform, subject to verification requirements.
5.4 Own Funds. Players must only deposit funds that belong to them and that have not been obtained through unlawful means. Deposits suspected of originating from unlawful activity will be reported to appropriate authorities and the Account will be suspended.
Withdrawal Note: If a Bonus has been credited to your bpech Account, deposits and Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before the resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal. 6.1 General Bonus Terms. All Bonuses offered by bpech are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, and time limits. These specific terms are communicated at the point of each offer and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between general Bonus terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times on eligible games before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each Bonus is stated in the individual Bonus terms. Sports bets placed with Bonus funds may be subject to minimum odds requirements.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. bpech reserves the right to cancel any Bonus and void associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable opinion, that a Player is engaging in Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to reduce risk, systematically targeting low-risk markets with Bonus funds, using multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus, or any other behaviour designed to exploit promotions contrary to their intended purpose.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's Account automatically. Expired Bonus funds are not recoverable.
7.1 Game Rules. All games available on the bpech Platform operate under specific rules applicable to each game type. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets or making wagers. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface on the Platform.
7.2 Certified Fairness. All slot titles on the bpech Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing bodies. Live dealer games are operated by professional studios adhering to international gaming compliance standards. bpech does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, communication error, or system failure during any game session, bpech reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the stake to the Player's bpech Wallet. 7.4 Betting Limits. bpech may impose minimum and maximum bet limits on any game or market at any time. 8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may activate a self-exclusion period from their Account settings or by contacting bpech support. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and they will be unable to login, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bpech Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

10.2 Limited Licence. bpech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of bpech content.
10.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, display, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any content on the bpech Platform without the prior written consent of bpech.
11.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. Gaming and betting involve financial risk. bpech does not guarantee any outcome or winnings to any Player. All gaming and betting results are determined by fair game mechanics and bpech accepts no liability for any Player's losses resulting from gameplay.
11.2 Service Availability. bpech aims to maintain Platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. bpech shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, connectivity issues, or scheduled maintenance.
11.3 Indirect Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpech shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if bpech has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.4 Cap on Liability. Where bpech is found liable under any applicable law, the total liability of bpech to any individual Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bpech reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bpech will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email notification to the registered email address or via in-platform notification. The updated Terms will display a revised Effective Date.
Your continued use of the bpech Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
13.1 Termination by Player. Players may request the closure of their bpech Account at any time by contacting bpech support. Upon Account closure, any remaining verified balance (net of active Bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, provided KYC verification is complete.
13.2 Termination by bpech. bpech reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: these Terms have been breached; fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected; regulatory requirements mandate Account closure; or the Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bpech holds its gaming licence. Players agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing territory for resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms.
14.2 Dispute Resolution Procedure. In the event of a dispute between a Player and bpech regarding any game outcome, payment, Bonus, or Account matter, Players should first contact bpech customer support via in-account live chat. bpech commits to investigating and responding to all formal disputes within 5 business days. If a dispute remains unresolved, Players may refer the matter to the relevant gaming dispute resolution body applicable under bpech's licensing framework.
14.3 Language. These Terms are made available in English, which shall be the governing language in the event of any inconsistency arising from translation.
